  • BOI Promoted Company: Offers significant tax and non-tax incentives, including 100% foreign ownership in certain sectors.

Process for Foreigners

  1. Name Reservation: Selecting and reserving a unique company name.
  2. Memorandum of Association (MOA): Filing the MOA with the Department of Business Development (DBD).
  3. Statutory Meeting: Holding a meeting to adopt bylaws and appoint directors.
  4. Registration: Submitting the registration application and paying the government fees.
  5. Tax & VAT Registration: Applying for a Tax ID and VAT certificate (if applicable).

Key Rules & Regulations
